Hi, I’m Thomas, a boxing coach here in Freeport, and I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through the power of boxing. For me, boxing isn’t just about fitness—it’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence in both body and mind.

Fifteen years ago, I lost a close family member, and that moment changed everything. It gave me a purpose: to share the life-changing impact of boxing with as many people as I could. That’s why I started my boxing and fitness business—to create a space where people can push their limits, feel supported, and discover their inner strength.

My training combines real boxing fundamentals with kettlebell, clubbell, and bodyweight exercises to keep it exciting and effective. But more than that, I’ve worked hard to build a welcoming, family-like environment where everyone feels encouraged, challenged, and ready to take on anything life throws their way.
